Home Care - Why choose us?

We provide a high quality home care service which caters for a wide range of needs, from companionship and light household duties, through to severe dementia and end of life care.

We oversee the assessment of every client’s care needs and address any other concerns before we actually start their home care. Wherever possible we also involve the client’s family in this assessment process to ensure that they too are happy with every element of the care we shall be providing.

Once the care has started, we maintain a regular dialogue with both the client and their family, including regular phone calls to ensure their continuing satisfaction with our service.

We also send out customer satisfaction questionnaires every six months.
We employ only trained and experienced carers and we take up two references and carry out a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check before employing them. We employ our home carers directly, which means we handle their tax and National Insurance and provide them with holiday pay.

It also means we are directly responsible for monitoring their work and performance. We maintain a regular ongoing training program for all our careers to give them the opportunity to become competent in more specialist areas, such as First Aid, dementia, safeguarding etc.

Our home care charges are competitive and they are all-inclusive. There are no extras, such as registration fees, charges for care assessments or for careers’ travel expenses.
