Domiciliary home care in the comfort of your own home.....

Every week our team of carefully selected, screened and trained domiciliary home carers visit our clients in their own homes, across the New Forest. Their aim is simply to enable people to carry on living their everyday lives by helping them with their requirements.

When one of our home carers enters your home, you can be sure that the support and care they provide is based around your very specific needs.

We work with you and your loved ones to devise an individually tailored home care plan thats provides just what you need. This can mean one visit a week, or three visits a day, what ever you need, we are able to provide for you.

All our staff understand that they are a visitor in your home, and they will always treat you with care and respect. With many staff to choose from, we will always be able to find a home carer to suit your individual needs.

Professionalism and Quality

All our home carers are thoroughly referenced and crb'd, with home office immigration checks where necessary. New carers attend a comprehensive training programme, and also work towards a recognised NVQ qualification, with requalartraining updates as and when required.

We have regular service reviews, and are always available to assist with changes, advice and any additional needs. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year, so we are always available.

The service

Our Home Carers can take care of general everyday and personal care tasks, to enable independance in the home.

General services include:

Housework, laundry and meal preparation
Shopping, collecting pensions, prescriptions and benefits
General administration, letter writing, telephone calls and form filing
Outings, companionship and chatting

Personal Care includes:

Getting up each day, toileting, bathing and dressing
Settling into bed
Overnight sitting/sleeping services
